Bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with a gas fire. Utility. Summer house.

Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample roadside parking on a first come first served basis and off road parking for 1 small car. Rear lawn with summer house and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Note: Family bedroom is open to the stairs, with a stairgate available to be used and this room has sloping ceilings. Note: There is a smoking area outside the property. Note: Check in is 2pm and check out is by 11am.
