Ground Floor
The property comprises a kitchen diner which has a gas oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave; there is a scrubbed pine table that comfortably seats four people. The kitchen leads to an enclosed courtyard.
There is a utility room off the courtyard, which has a washing machine and dryer plus provides storage.
The sitting room, which looks out onto the front garden, has been decorated in shades of terracotta and cream and has comfortable seating, a real flame effect gas fire and TV/DVD.
First Floor
Stairs lead to the first floor, which has a good size double bedroom, with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. This floor also has the house bathroom, with tongue and groove panelling painted in a seaside shade of blue, with a bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
Second Floor
To the second floor is a twin room – perfect for children – with accents of navy blue to echo the seaside/nautical theme.
Outside
Outside is an enclosed courtyard that has a table and chairs for enjoying breakfast or drinks outside.
