Ground Floor
Enter the house into a good-size kitchen which has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. From the kitchen, you can turn right to go into a splendid formal dining room with vaulted ceiling and views out to sea.

Turn left into the hallway, from which leads a large sitting room with wall mounted flat screen TV, full Sky package and Bluetooth speakers.

Guests adore the charming turret - it's a perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or just relax with a book - it's what holidays are all about!

There is a sun room with a sofa and chairs, an ideal place to relax or open the French windows and wander around the pretty lawned gardens with its mature shrubs and flowers.

There is also a large, stylish bedroom on the ground floor with a beautiful American king-size four poster bed so you can wake up and watch the sun rise over Whitby and the Abbey - plus a flat screen TV, wardrobe, bedside tables and an easy chair. The ground floor also has a shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin.
First Floor
On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom with American king-size bed which can separate into twin beds if required, a flat screen TV, chaise longue and bedside tables - and fantastic sea views over to the harbour and Whitby Abbey!

There are two further bedrooms, with one double bedroom with a double bed, bed side tables, closet and dressing table and views to the front including looking out over the garden and out to sea. The other bedroom has bunk beds and both bedrooms have personal CD/DVD players to watch movies.

There is a large house bathroom fitted with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand hand basin.
Outside
Outside is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The pretty gardens wrap round the house to the front, side and rear with a pergola and table and chairs for al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner - imagine starting the day with those views or en joying dining or a night cap before bed under the stars, listening to the sea!

There is the considerable advantage of on-drive parking for two or three cars.
