All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with sofa bed and woodburner. Conservatory with dining and sitting area.

Gas central heating with underfloor heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, Netflix, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for hot tub. Hot Tub: a typhoon 5 seat hot tub. Off road parking for 3 cars. Two private gardens, the front with furniture for 6 people, and the rear garden with hot tub and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 8 mins walk. Please note: there is currently a temporary office and car park located in the adjoining rear field whilst essential sewage repair is being completed in the area. This is expected to continue to February 2020 and please contact us for any further information.

Idris View is a lovely mid-terrace cottage situated in the town of Tywyn just four miles from Aberdovey in Gwynedd. The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one twin together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, sitting room with woodburner and conservatory with dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for 3 cars and a private enclosed garden with hot tub. Idris View is a lovely property from which to explore this delightful part of the country.
