Family room with 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed with pull-out additional single bed. This large room has a separate en-suite shower room, basin and WC. Washing Machine and laundry area.

Decked Balcony with awning and garden furniture overlooking the lake and woodland. Parking space for 2 cars.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, combination microwave/oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD player, radio, Wi-Fi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power Inc in rent. Gas Central Heating. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed raised deck with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Access to the property is via a flight of external stairs as is on the first floor. Note: Both bedrooms have open plan en-suites. Note: The large raised decked area is private and is for guests use only. Note: The woodland, grounds and lake are private for owners use only. Note: There is a deep lake adjoining the property and children must be supervised. Note: The garage below is used by the owners, associated noise from the electronic doors will occasionally be heard. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast area and sitting area and dining room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a raised decked terrace with furniture.
