Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Lakeland drying frame, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, starter pack of kindling provided. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading and unloading only in rear alleyway outside property. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis and free parking in nearby social club car park 5 mins walk away. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Open tread stairs to first floor, young children to be supervised. Note: Access into the cottage at the front is along a pedestrian pathway which passes in front of the terrace. At the rear there are 6 steps down to the door. Note: The patio and garden are on the other side of the pedestrian pathway to the front of the cottage. There are 6 steps down to the patio area and a further 2 steps down to the garden.
