Note: There's approximately 12 steps and a path from the parking down to the cottage, 1 large step to front door and accommodation, although ground floor is split level with 4 internal steps from kitchen to sitting room. Note: This property is not suitable for guests with any mobility issues due to the property being over different levels. Note: The sitting area is accessed via the double bedroom.
