All first floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV, 1 x double, 1 x family room with 1 adult bunks and 1 single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 6) and sitting area (seats 6).
Electric wall heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 x Smart TV with basic Sky, 1 x TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars in shared car park. Lockable bike storage. Shared lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Coast 4 mins walk. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: Half sloping ceilings in bedrooms, restricted head height to side of room.
