All first floor with external staircase. Three bedrooms: 2 x double 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Electric panel heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Heating and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Off road parking for 2 cars in shared car park on a first come, first served basis. Shared lawned gardens. Small balcony at top of stairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Coast and Anglesey Coastal Path 4 mins walk. Note: Half sloping ceilings in bedrooms, restricted head height to side of room. Note: Property accessed via 14 external steps.
