Downstairs kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with wood burning stove. The cottage has a good-sized utility room where wet coats and laundry can be dried over-night as it houses the central heating and hot water tank meaning it is always warm

Central heating with wood burning stove (logs provided by owner at �5.00 per bag). Fuel and power inc in rent. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Dogs are permitted in the kitchen/dining area only. Sorry no smoking. Pub immediately opposite. Off road parking for two cars.

Moorhaven is a comfortable cottage converted from a stone barn beside a traditional Dartmoor inn near the Devon village of Throwleigh. The cottage sleeps six people in two double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom and an en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. On the ground floor are a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside is an enclosed private garden at the back with garden furniture and views to Dartmoor over the little pub garden at the front. A mile from the moorland village of Throwleigh, Moorhaven is a fine base for a holiday enjoying Dartmoor and Devon.
