Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine in bathroom, dishwasher, Smart TV with catch-up, Freeview and free Netflix, DAB radio, iPad dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner (Oct to Mar only) inc. in rent. Bed linen, bath and hand towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches 2 mins walk. Note: The off road parking area is shared access and may require liaison with other car owners. Parking permit is also available free of charge, in a ground foor parking bay at the multi-storey car park at Upper Park near Sainsburys approx 5 mins walk away.
