Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Parking in railway station car park next door (summer/winter �4.00/�1.00 daily or �16.00/�3.00 per week). Loading/unloading outside cottage. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Fishing and golf equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 5 mins walk. Railway station next door. Note: Four steps up to front door from pavement, plus 1 small internal step into kitchen and 1 step to patio, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: One inflatable boat available to use at own risk.

Accessed by a number of steps, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room, a shower room and a king-size double bedroom sleeping two people. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard, and parking can be found in the adjacent car park at an extra charge, in the summer/winter for �16/�3 per week or �4/�1 per day.
