Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x family room with triple bunks (double below, single on top) and single sofa bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area (seats 6).

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Sky family package, DVD, Xbox, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car but spaces are limited. Additional parking available in pay and display car park 5 mins walk. Private enclosed patio garden with furniture.. One well-behaved pet welcome, to be kept out of bedrooms. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 5 mins walk, beach 8 mins walk. Note: Slight restriction on angle of parking, care to be taken. Note: Maximum of 6 adults. Note: 3 weeks prior to holiday, if required, the owners can arrange a weeks parking permit at a charge of �30 but spaces are not guaranteed if purchased. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Dringarth is a lovely town house situated in the town of Tenby just eleven miles from Pembroke in Pembrokeshire. The house can sleep six people in two double bedrooms and a family room with triple bunks and single sofa bed as well as family bathroom and ground floor shower room. Also in the property is a kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio garden with furniture and BBQ.
