Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Parking in nearby public car park (less than 5 mins walk and charged at �12/week May - Sep inclusive, �6/week Oct - Apr inclusive) with unloading outside. Enclosed roof terrace with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm.
