Electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker with radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car opposite cottage, additional parking on first come, first served basis in parking bay opposite. Enclosed front patio with bench and enclosed rear garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Restricted headroom in second floor double bedroom with steep, narrow stairs open to the bedroom, care to be taken. Note: There are 11 steps up to garden which is not secure, children and dogs to be supervised. Note: This cottage is next to the steam railway line and may experience some minimal associated noise.

Ty Gwynn is a cosy and character, terraced cottage in the quaint little village of Tanygrisiau, North Wales. There are three bedrooms across the first and second floors, along with a family bathroom, whilst the ground floor has an airy kitchen/diner with comfy seating set before the woodburner, and a separate sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is a small enclosed garden patio to the front whilst to the rear is a large elevated garden with furniture and country views. There's also off road parking with additional roadside parking opposite. Set very close to the Ffestiniog Steam Railway line and with excellent walks and cycling from the doorstep, Ty Gwynn is a cosy and welcoming holiday home in this beautiful North Wales location.
