It has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with bay windows overlooking the garden and on the lower ground floor benefits from a large games room with a full sized pool table and table football as well as a TV/Cinema room.There is a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and an additional terrace adjacent to the games room which catches the evening sun. Beautiful well stocked gardens surround the property with ample parking and plenty of space to store bikes, surfboards etc.

St Agnes has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tin mining was of vital importance to the village, but today it is also well known for its thriving arts and crafts and for its many excellent restaurants and cafes. Rosevean House is half a mile from Trevaunance Cove which is a fantastic beach for surfers but also for those simply wishing to enjoy the scenery or explore the splendid rock pools. There are two other nearby beaches, Chapel Porth which is owned by the National Trust and Porthtowan which was recently described by the Telegraph as the UK’s best beach for learning to surf. The area is spectacular for walking but is also becoming increasingly popular for cyclists.
