Entrance lobby opening into the hallway. The living room has two sofas and one arm chair, wood burning stove, smart TV for broadband based viewing (no terestial live TV,catch up). Kitchen with electric hob and double oven, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, dining table with seating for four. The Snug, with two arm chairs and TV that can be linked to main TV via Chrome Cast usinga computer link, plus DVD. Ground floor Wet Room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. First floor double bedroom with 5 ft king size double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, Twin bedroom with one 3ft single bed and a 2ft 6in single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Family bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachemnt, wash basin and WC.

The cottage also has the huge bonus of being only five miles from some stunning sandy beaches and show stopping scenery that North Cornwall is famous for. Port Isaac is a short drive away - made famous by the filming of Doc Martin - and is a beautiful village to stroll around. For the more adventurous there are some fantastic coastal walks along the South West Coast Path. Return after a busy day exploring to the tranquil and pretty garden at this cottage,or in the cooler months, to the cosy lounge with woodburner. Cocks Cottage is a brilliant base from which to enjoy your Cornish adventure!
