Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Utility/boot room with basin. Exterior open shower.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Range cooker with two electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair, stairgates, baby bath and baby changing mats. Load/unload outside cottage only. Parking available in car park 30 yards from cottage at �1.50 per day or �9 per week. Front enclosed garden with furniture. Rear courtyard garden with furniture and outdoor shower. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and riverside restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 1.5 miles.
