All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC with TV, 1 x double with TV. Bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire.
Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, DVD, music system, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decking with furniture and BBQ. Shared indoor heated swimming pool and gym available at an extra charge. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub on-site. Note: Additional charges for use of leisure facilities - Prices: Individual adult £10 for 1 day and individual child £6 for 1 day day, Adult 3 day pass £26 and Child £16, Weekly pass Adult £50, Child £30, Family pass (up to 2 adults and 3 children) £20 per day, £56 per 3 days and £120 per week.
