Fuel, power and starter packfor stove inc. in rent, extra wood for stove can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking for 1 car on private unmade road, additional roadside parking nearby. Enclosed side patio and front gravelled garden. Use of adjacent lawned area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Please use wood only in the woodburning stove and not coal. Note: There are storage boxes under the beds and hooks on the door in the second bedroom, as there is insufficient room for a wardrobe
