Ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room. Ground floor second sitting room with pull out double sofa bed. Dining Hall.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private Off-road parking behind electric gate for several cars. Enclosed patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles and pub 1.3 miles. Note: There is a stream that runs down the edge of the garden (the stream is fenced off but there is a gate) so children must be supervised near the gate; the stream continues along the driveway which is behind a small wall. Note: The road leading to the property is a National Trust farm track
