Electric range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview (one with USB port), DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking in adjacent streets on first come, first served basis with scratch cards provided by owner. Enclosed yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Check-in 4pm.
