Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car. Private decking with furniture plus shared access to large lawned area with BBQ and access to paddock to exercise dog. One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept on lead at all times due to chickens). Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 3 mins walk, restaurant 1 minwalk, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Note Maximum 2 adults + 2 children under age of 12 ( including infants). Note: 1 mile walk to Saundersfoot on road with no pavement. Note: Cottage next to an A road with associated traffic noise.

This cottage sleeps four people in one bedroom with one double and two single beds, with a family bathroom. The living accommodation is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside the cottage is a shared gravelled patio with furniture, along with shared use of a large lawned area with furniture and off road parking for one car. Within easy reach of lovely sandy beaches, Sun Rise Cottage is an ideal base for a coastal break for a small family holiday.
