Family bathroom on 1st floor with shower over bath, basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Kitchen/dining room and separate lounge. Utility room.

With two bedrooms (a double and a single), a family bathroom and separate shower room, the property sleeps four guests. There is a further small bedroom, to be used as a nursery if required, suitable for one child. Close to Salcombe town�s amenities, the South West Coast Path and nearby beaches, Miloran is an ideal property for a family, or perhaps two couples, eager to explore the local coast and countryside.
