Mapperley Lodge is located on a quiet residential lane in Salcombe within 5-10 minutes; walk from the waterside and centre of town. The modern, spacious and well equipped property has great far reaching views of the town and estuary from the lounge, balcony, deck and all four bedrooms. The balcony and deck area are also perfect for taking in the sun or alfresco dining. Some great features of the property: * Amazing views of the estuary from every room. * Slightly elevated from town-centre and so away from the 'noise' in high season. * The property has parking for three to four cars on the private driveway (a rare feature in Salcombe). * Just a couple of minutes walk to/from the park-and-ride.
