Few steps up to Hall/utility area with large sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, rack for drying clothes/wetsuits and rear door to steps leading to parking space.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk beds.

First floor:
The first floor is split into two areas at front and back (Accessed via different staircases).
At front bedroom 1 with 4ft6in double bed. Steep narrow stairs lead from this room to a snug built into eaves with sofa, TV and DVD player.

At rear bedroom 2 with 5ft king bed.
