Building entrance leads to lobby with lift (or steps) to fourth floor. Apartment entrance hall leading to all rooms. Open plan living area with lounge area with sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat up to 4 people and access to balcony with estuary views. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice box and microwave. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, built in wardrobe and views of the estuary. Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds (restricted headroom on parts of top bunk and top bunk not suitable for children under the ageof 7). Family shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room on the ground floor of the buiding.

The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens and use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times and strictly for use of guests of 'The Salcombe' only). Please note that this property is only suitable for a maximum of 3 adults.
