Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels and cot linen. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car plus garage for 2 car or boat, cycles, kayaks and ample, unrestricted private roadside parking outside. Front lawned area plus large enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Blue Flag beach 4 miles. Note: King-size double has sloped ceilings with some reduced head height.

There are three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and a master king-size double on the first floor, all together offering accommodation for up to five people. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, plus a garage for an additional car or cycle/kayak store etc, along with ample roadside parking nearby.
