Note: Main road is 25 yards from the building so some road noise may be heard in the gardens and hot tub area.

Note: Second floor family room and double room have no access doors and are separated by partition walls.

Note: The house overlooks a working farm so some farm machinery visible from the cottage.

Note: There is a small, unfenced pond situated 100 metres from the front door of the property. Children should be supervised in this area.
