Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden, patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs at �20 each per week. Shop 1 mile and pub 1/2 mile. Beach 5 miles. Note: Max 2 adults and 2 children. Note: 8 large stone steps to front door on first floor.
