Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car in communal parking area on first come, first served basis, additional roadside parking close by. Use of the shared decked area (accessed by 41 stone steps) with table and chairs. One well-behaved dog welcome, please bring your own dog beds, towels and blankets. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 0.1 miles. Harbour/marina opposite. Short walk to the beach. Note: Although this apartment is on the ground floor there are some internal steps. Note: A low doorway leads into the Captain's Bank main en-suite shower room. Note: Check-in 4pm
