Sorry, no smoking inside or outside in the grounds of this property. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Harbour/marina 1 min walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The raised front gravelled area is private to Taliesin, the lower gravelled area provides access to neighbouring properties. Note: Access to keys on initial arrival at the property is via a few small steps. Note: The outside are is not enclosed so children and pets are to be supervised. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of �100 for this cottage.
