Electric combination oven/grill/microwave, electric hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate on request. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis, additional FOC parking in car park 10 yards from property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Max 4 people. As this property has two sets of stairs it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
