Electric underfloor heating, plus a wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Colour plasma TV with Freeview, DVD player. Electricity inc. in rent. All bed linen and towels provided. Private parking available for 2 cars. A large cottage-style garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub in Matterdale village, 1 mile. Note: Mell View is not suitable for guests with animal allergies.
