Three bedrooms: Ground floor 1 x double with en-suite, 2 x twin. First floor with terrace access, and open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area. 1 family bathroom, 1 upstairs Cloakroom with basin and WC.
Central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Spacious open plan sitting area/kitchen/dining room with DVD player and TV. WiFi available. Gas, electric and linen included. Towels can be hired at reception upon arrival. 1st floor heated terrace with lovely views. Large private parking, space for a boat. Local amenities include a shop, pub and activities for families. Cot and highchair available.
Please note: A pre-authorised £50 refundable good housekeeping bond is payable on arrival at Pooley Bridge Holiday Park.
