Note: The first floor landing is split level with an additional 3 steps up to each bedroom at the front and an additional 2 steps to the bathroom and bedrooms at the rear. Note: The garden is enclosed and sloped and there is some unevenness around the garden and borders, care should be taken and children supervised. Note: The Rayburn in the kitchen is for decorative purposes only and must not be used. Note: Dogs to be kept on ground floor.

To the outside of the property is off road parking for four cars and front, side and rear lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue.
