All ground floor. One king-size double bedroom (can be 2'6" twin on request). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Electric storage heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Private garden with patio and furniture. Outdoor heated swimming pool (available mid May - mid Sep). Shared tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and table tennis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The swimming pool is the owner’s, but they only use it when guests are not.

The Stables is a beautiful, romantic holiday cottage in the Herefordshire countryside, near the village of Pembridge. The cottage is set solely on the ground floor, with one bedroom featuring a king-size double bed that can be made into a twin room with two 2'6" singles on request. There is a shower room and a cosy open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, enjoy dining in the sunshine in the pretty cottage garden, or take a dip in your private, outdoor heated swimming pool, available May to mid September. You can also make use of the owner's tennis court and table tennis, and there is off road parking for two cars. In a wonderful spot for exploring the Heart of England, The Stables is a wonderful base for both friends and couples.
