Bedroom 2, king with TV and Juliette balcony, 2 x single bedrooms with 3' beds (one with some restricted headroom), family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. 1 x snug room on ground floor (sofa bed available, on request, for party member with restricted mobility). Ground floor shower room, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
Gas central heating, underfloor heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 3 x Multi room Sky TV, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Tides is a superb two-storey house with estuary views, situated in the Cornish coastal town of Padstow. The house sleeps seven people and has one king bedroom with additional child bed and en-suite, one king bedroom with Juliette balcony, 2 single rooms and a snug with sofa bed. There is a family bathroom and shower room. Also in the house is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is a decked area and a garden with seating. Off road parking is available on the driveway for two cars. With stunning views and everything to hand, Tides is an excellent house for a family or friends holiday.
