Electric heating (heating is programmed remotely by the owners via a nest thermostat, you can contact the owner if you have different requirements) with 2 x woodburning stove. Washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV, Smart TV, selection of games, books and DVDs and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars and lockable bike storage. Enclosed rear garden with patio area and garden furniture, as well as balcony area. Sorry, no smoking allowed. One well behaved dog welcome. Pub and shop within 0.1 mile.
