Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned area adjoining swimming pool. Shared use of Pool House with refreshments with honesty policy and heated outdoor swimming pool with furniture which is open weekdays between June and September. Shared use of games room with children's pool table and table tennis. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The pool is heated by solar panels, and therefore the pool being heated is weather dependent. Property is 3.5miles outside of St. Ives, frequent trains from St. Erth (local village)
