Note: There are four internal steps and a narrow and low doorway from the kitchen to the boot/sun room and bathroom. Note: The bedroom is open to the stairs. Note: The footpath leading to the cottage is approximately 25 yards long(please note there is a slight incline to the footpath leading to the property). Note: Whilst the garden is enclosed it is not secure, dogs must be supervised at all times as sheep are often roaming free in the woods. Note: Adults only, babes in arms welcome but not suitable for toddlers or children.
