The boutique, pet-friendly cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep up to five guests. It is swathed in natural light during summer as well as being an ideal spot to cosy up in the winter months. This makes it a superb choice for families and couples alike. The cottage has a pretty and secluded garden, which is very popular with a variety of birdlife. It is the perfect spot to take your meals or simply relax with your morning coffee, or a glass of wine and some nibbles. Constructed in the 1930s, the quaint cottage comes with a lot of history and has been very lovingly renovated. It's a unique mix of old and new, with a lot of thought and attention put into the finer details. All this creates a modern, clean look with a rustic twist that features recycled, reused and sustainable items wherever possible giving the property a wonderfully individual charm. Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby. Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location. There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family.
