Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lawned garden with fire pit, gravelled area and patio with furniture and BBQ. Retreat/ Arts/Craft room (sleeps 2) Shepherd's hut with single futon, sink and electric hob. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 12 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the patio to the lawned garden and 3 steps up to the shepherd's hut. There is one step up to the retreat hut. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Children are not allowed beyond fence at bottom of garden.

Tannochbrae is a fantastic detached cottage in the town of Llangollen. The cottage sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms which are a ground floor four poster double, a 4' double, a king-size double, a super king-size double with an en-suite and a super king-size double which is a zip/link and can be a twin room on request with an en-suite and a sofa bed. There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room and a sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio and gravelled area with furniture, BBQ and a shepherd's hut. There is also off road parking for five cars and a garage for storage. Tannochbrae is a fantastic choice with walks from the door and lots of local amenities.
