Electric central heating with electric fire and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Sky, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden and courtyard to the rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 2.2 miles. Note: Property has open-tread stairs and low doors throughout. Note: One of the double beds is accessed from one side only. Note: Children over the age of 12 only are welcome at this property due to the balconies off the bedrooms and both bedrooms have open access to staircase. Please note check in time is after 4pm.
