Two bedrooms: 1 x super king size zip/link (can be twin beds upon request) and 1 X king size both with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove and double sofa bed.
Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private patio with furniture.
Use of an 8-seater hot tub (supplement applicable all year round of £50 per week or cost for short break is £10 per day up to a max. of £50 for hot tub use, payable direct to owner on arrival).
