Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor super king-size double (can be twin on request as the beds are pushed together with a topper over to make a super king-size double), 2 x king-size double. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower and basin with separate WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with gas fire.
Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Secure bike/canoe storage. Front lawned garden with raised decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: There are 10 steep steps that lead down from the kitchen door to the outside of the cottage, care to be taken; children and those with impaired mobility should use the main entrance which has level access. Note: Max 4 adults and 2 children over 5 yrs only or max 2 teenagers; no babes in arms. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: This property only accepts 7 night bookings, please contact the office if you are wanting to book a different number of days. Note: Large electrical or gas appliances cannot be brought to the property under any circumstances.

Farsite is a detached, coastal cottage in the centre of the town of Llandudno in North Wales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor super king-size double which is zip/link with two first floor king-size doubles. There is a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden with a raised decked area with furniture. Set in a stunning location, Farsite is a great place to enjoy a holiday at any time of the year.
