LPG central heating with woodburner. Gas range oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, SMART TV and additional TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x cot and 2 x highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with decking, hot tub and furniture, small BBQ (please bring own charcoal) with access to owners grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and cafe 10 mins walk. Note: Limited WiFi signal due to location. Note: Property is accessed via a country lane. Note: A river runs along the lodge and through the owners grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Please note this property has a 4pm check in and 10am check out time.
