Lawned garden with patio and furniture, plus extended natural garden leading onto common land. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There is a small stream that dissects the nature garden, children and pets to be supervised. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead on common land due to free-roaming farm animals. Note: Although the farm track is hardcore and suitable for vehicles, on occasions it can be muddy so a pair of wellies may be useful when opening/closing the gate. Note:No Hen, Stag or similar
