Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (please bring own cot bedding), highchair, 2 x stairgates and other baby items. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: First floor accessed via a steep staircase. Note: Restricted headroom in second floor attic bedroom, accessed via steep stairs. Note: Approximately 6 slate steps up to rear courtyard, which is elevated and not secure, children to be supervised and care should be taken.
