Oil central heating and electric wood burning effect stove in annexe. Gas range cooker, electric oven and gas hob, 2 x microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, 2 x washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car and a further space in the garage for a second car. Raised lawns and patio with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk.
Note: Although both properties are attached and being let as one cottage, there is no interconnecting door. They have their own private front doors.

Drws Y Nant is a detached cottage made up of a main building and an adjoining annexe, situated in the North Wales coastal village of Llanbedrog. The main building offers three bedrooms made up of a double, a twin and a single, as well as a family bathroom and a shower room, and can sleep six people. The interior also has a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a utility and a sitting room. The annexe comes with one double bedroom and a bathroom, it can sleep two people. Its interior also provides a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living/dining room with an electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a garage for three cars as well as lockable storage and a garden on various levels with lawns and a patio with furniture. Drws Y Nant is a well-presented cottage in a fabulous location.
